When hackers in US go to bed, ones in Europe wake up, later on - Asian/Japanese hackers wake to duty.

When did the sun start rising in the West and setting in the East? :^)

The UK is 8 hours a head of the Canadian west coast. So, when the west coast does go to bed, the europeans are already up.
