Cray Targets CAE Market with New Cray XD1 Supercomputer
Cray Inc. has announced
the new Cray XD1 Opteron/Linux-based supercomputer. The USDA Forest
Service is using
the Cray XD1 to predict and track the paths of smoke plumes from
wildfires.
