How to add live bookmark for LWNHow to add live bookmark for LWNPosted Sep 14, 2004 21:42 UTC (Tue) by proski (subscriber, #104)Parent article: Firefox 1.0 preview released Go to http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/, click on the RSS button in the lower right corner, select "Add" to add a bookmark, select "Manage Bookmarks" in the "Bookmarks" menu, use copy and paste to clone the Mozilla bookmark (provided that you want to keep it), select "Properties" for the copy, rename Mozilla to LWN and set feed location to http://lwn.net/headlines/rss Unfortunately, the "location" will still point to the Mozilla site. It can be fixed by editing bookmarks.html manually. Also, there should be a way to create live bookmarks without having to use copy/paste operations.
