Peter Herth has released LTK 0.8.6 on 3 Sep 2004.  The major change in
this version is a reworked communication subsystem between Lisp and Tk,

LTK (The Lisp Toolkit) is a portable "Common Lisp binding for the Tk
graphics toolkit".  Unlike other similar bindings, LTK provides a high
level interface and does not require any knowledge of Tk.
