Software Description: - dbus: simple interprocess messaging system Details: Alexandru Cornea discovered that DBus incorrectly handled certain messages. A local attacker could use this issue to cause system services to crash, resulting in a denial of service. Update instructions: The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following package versions: Ubuntu 13.04: libdbus-1-3 1.6.8-1ubuntu6.1 Ubuntu 12.10: libdbus-1-3 1.6.4-1ubuntu4.1 Ubuntu 12.04 LTS: libdbus-1-3 1.4.18-1ubuntu1.4 After a standard system update you need to reboot your computer to make all the necessary changes.
