   An update that fixes one vulnerability is now available.

Description:

   The security update for CVE-2011-2483 broke changing
   blowfish passwords if compat mode was turned on (default).
   This update fixes the regression.


Patch Instructions:

   To install this openSUSE Security Update use YaST online_update.
   Alternatively you can run the command listed for your product:

   - openSUSE 11.4:

      zypper in -t patch libxcrypt-5049

   - openSUSE 11.3:

      zypper in -t patch libxcrypt-5049

   To bring your system up-to-date, use "zypper patch".
