The University of Illinois is offering the course series in conjunction with Useractive(r) Inc, creator of the only Web-based approach to IT learning that combines online instruction with an integrated virtual lab environment where users learn by doing. For the first time, individuals interested in learning Linux and Unix system administration skills can do so through University of Illinois certified online instruction. The course series is targeted at both beginning and intermediate Linux/Unix users.
